Mr. Madhu Illam is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Gracelabs.
As Gracelabs Chief Executive Officer, Madhu is responsible for the overall operations, leadership, strategy, and management of the company globally as well as leading the company’s software development and technology strategy.
Mr. Madhu has over 22 years of rich experience in the Semiconductor/embeddedIndustry;prior to Founding GRACELABS in 2001, Mr. Madhu had worked as Head-Software Operationsat National Semiconductor India. He also has held managerial and engineering positionswith Wipro Global R&D, SCO - New Jersey, Novell India Ltd, Tata Unisys Ltd - Bangalore/Unisys –Sanjose.
Mr. Madhu received his Masters in Computer Science from IIT - Madras, India and Bachelors in Electronics from R.E.C, Surat, India.

Jitesh has over 22 years of hands-on technical and managerial experience. 15 years of experience in S/W development and 7 years of experience in H/W development.He also has held Senior Level Assignments like: Founder, Managing Director, Engineering Manager, and Principal Engineer.
Prior to joining Gracelabs,Jitesh has worked with Motorola Solutions/Symbol Technologies, Maxxan Storage Systems, National Semiconductors, Hewlett-Packard India Software Operation and Bharat Electronics Limited.
Jitesh holds an US patent for Rogue AP detection in WLAN/802.11/Wi-Fi network.
Jitesh Received his B.E. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from NIT Jamshedpur, India

Prasanth is working with the company since January 2005 and currently serves the role as Sr.Manager and takes care of company’s Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities across Geographies.
Prasanth has15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and International Business Development.
Prior to joining Gracelabs he was working with one of the leading media house in India and has previous experience in Market Research, Management and Business Development.
Prasanth received his Master’s in Business Administration from Bharathiar University, India and Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Calicut University, India. He received an Advance Diploma in Software Engineering from Amrita Institutions, India.

Binesh is a part of Gracelabs since October 2004 and is taking care of the HR management of the company.
Binesh has 15 years of experienceandoversees all aspects of the HRmanagement.He has prior experience in the areas of HR andLegal management.
Prior to joining Gracelabs he was working with one of the leading law offices in India.
Binesh received hisMaster’s in Business Administration from Bharathiar University, India and BA, LLB degrees from Calicut University, India.

Suhas has over 14 years of experience in the Software Quality Assurance & Software Engineering Process Field. He has worked at various levels of Software Quality Assurance in both project & product lifecycles, assisting & ensuring the Software Product Lifecycle along with Traditional & Agile Development, Quality compliance, Standards (ISO, CMMI1.2), and Organization Defined Process.
Prior to joining Gracelabs Suhas has worked with Intel Mobile Communications, Huawei, IBM Global services and Mascon communication technologies limited.
Suhas received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Jawaharlal National College of Engineering Shimoga –Karnataka. He has received certifications forIATCAQuality management system Auditor / Lead Auditor from BVQI.IS09000, and IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors) Quality Management System Auditor / Lead Auditor from BVQI
